History

Since 2000, Asteria has been engaged in the import and sale of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products. In addition, Asteria provides pharmacovigilance, state registration of drugs, registration of biologically active nutritional supplements, registration of perfumery and cosmetic products, and marketing and promotional services for drugs and pharmaceutical products.

Our Activity

Asteria pharmacy chain has been operating since 2011, which makes us one step closer to our customers. As of now, Asteria Pharmaceutical Company includes 31 pharmacies and about 140 specialists work with us.

Asteria is the first in the Armenian pharmaceutical market, which order drugs to be produced in South Korea and some European countries, and manufactured drugs are branded with the Asteria brand.
Asteria is the official representative of Novartis Pharma, as well as several other European and South Korean organizations. Asteria is considered to be a leading company in the field of antibiotics in Armenia.
Asteria has been included in the list of major taxpayers in Armenia for many years.

Our vision is to expand the organization's geography and portfolio, to provide high-quality service and products, and to be the primary pharmaceutical organization for our customers. Asteria offers a Pharmacovigilance service for the holders of drug registration certificates registered in the Republic of Armenia.

We offer a local pharmacovigilance officer with 24/7 access for registration certificate holders.

Asteria offers comprehensive services for state registration, re-registration, post-registration changes and state registration, re-registration, mutual recognition of medicines in the Republic of Armenia in accordance with the EEU National Order, compliance with the EEU rule dossier and post-registration changes.

Asteria offers complex state registration services for biologically active food additives and special-purpose foods following the general rules of the EEU.

In case of successful completion of the state registration process, an indefinite registration certificate is issued, which provides an opportunity to supply and sell biologically active nutritional supplements and special-purpose foods throughout the territory of the EEU.

Asteria offers complex services of state registration/declaration of perfume-cosmetic products in accordance with the technical regulations of the EEU "Safety of perfume-cosmetic products".

Upon successful completion of the state registration/declaration process, a registration certificate/declaration is issued, which provides an opportunity to supply perfume-cosmetic products throughout the EEU.
